Hi, I’m Michelle. At 73, living with severe osteoarthritis in my left hip, persistent neck pain, and a limited range of motion, I went looking for ways to feel better—and to live well as I face these challenges.
I began researching alternative ways to relieve pain and improve mobility. That search grew into something unexpected.
I brought together an AI-powered virtual team of specialists—physical therapists, pain and arthritis experts, naturopaths, massage and occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and surgeons. Together, we explored what truly supports healing, even in the midst of pain. What emerged were not quick fixes, but pathways—core wellness pillars, synergy stacks, and gentle daily micro-practices. Small things. Human things. The kind that meet you where you are.
From this, I created 13 portals, toolkits, and playbooks—not as a cure, but as companions. Because here is what I’ve learned: this work matters whether pain lessens or not. Whether I choose surgery or not. Whether my body changes in ways I can control—or in ways I cannot.
There are still hard days. Days of frustration, embarrassment, and a deep, bone-level tiredness. But I am learning, slowly, to meet myself there with compassion instead of judgment. To listen more closely. To honor what my body is asking for, even when the answers are imperfect.
